Dual Wield Magicka Nightblade

Hello everyone, This is by far one of my top favorite ways to play a Magblade. The Destro/Resto style is ok but there is so much burst potential and it closely imitates melee Stamblades for those that like melee fighting. The melee skills in the build are magicka based thus allowing us to pump up the damage for the build
